Mark has been in the financial advice business since 1988. Mark likes to look at cost efficiencies and overall returns in an effort to add value to people's investment planning. He is a member of the Institute of Financial Advisers (IFA) and member of and past president of the TripleA. Mark likes to go hunting and fishing and is an avid runner.

Hayden O’Donnell loves helping people reach their financial goals and tailor insurance plans to meet their individual or family’s needs. He has spent the majority of his working career in the Construction industry as a carpenter, gaining experiences as a site foreman and working in residential and light commercial projects. Hayden joined Canterbury Financial Services in March 2018 and has completed level 5 certificates in Financial Advice, Investment, Life and Health insurance and has gained qualification to provide personal investment plans. Hayden is a proud father of his son Luther & recent addition Oliver and enjoys spending his spare time with family, hunting, fishing, diving and playing rugby for Glenmark-Cheviot Div-1.

Gloria Mackintosh joined the team in May 2017. In the role of Administrator/ Receptionist. Gloria brings with her many years of experience within the Customer Service & Tourism Industry in the Nelson region. Gloria has also worked in the Aged Care Industry as a Financial Administrator / Receptionist where her compassion and empathy were key to the role. She is the welcoming, friendly voice on reception at CFS. Gloria is very customer focused and result driven to find the best solution for our clients.
Originally from Nelson she now resides in Ashley with her Husband Lachlan. Outside of work she enjoys socialising with friends and spending time with their family and grandchildren.
Julie Leckie

Julie works part time providing administration support. She has worked in many roles within CFS. Over the last 21 years. Now Julie works part time remotely from her motorhome and states “my husband and I are living the dream travelling around New Zealand exploring our beautiful country. Becca Johnstone joined the team in April 2022 and brings with her many years of experience in customer service and working with clients. She has been a printer for 5 years and worked closely with businesses big and small to ensure their business was kept up to date and current with the times. She has also mixed things up and worked at Synlait, one of NZ’s largest Milk powder production plants. Having to hold nothing short of the highest standard for customers all over the world which has now been ingrained in Becca for her new role in Administration at CFS. Becca has also passed her certificate in Business management. Becca is a proud mother of her two young boys Luther & Oliver and loves spending her free time with family, going hiking with her boys, fishing, and spending time with her friends.
